Predictable Foodz was founded and created in Michigan City, IN by Chef Quayla.  We are a mobile hospitality company that specializes in offering a fine dining twist to all of our services. We were established in 2019, after catering a family member's graduation party. I knew that cooking was something I loved to do and was a skill that I was ancestrally blessed with.

In 2019 Chef Quayla loss her 9-5 Corporate America job and enrolled into college full-time to obtain a degree in Culinary Science. I began culinary school the summer of 2019 and graduated in May of 2020. I have an AAS in Hospitality Administration with a concentration in Hospitality Management, Culinarian, and Pastry Culinarian.

My culinary creations are meals that DON'T consist of processed foods, sugars, high levels of fat, dyes, or tons of salt. We use fresh produce, healthy fats, organic protein, and healing herbs and spices. Our goal is to create dishes with an artistic spin and serve up

savory flavored meals to everyone in our community and neighboring communities.
